Halloween

So it is past my birthday, which means it is open season on Halloween. Some stores (Target, Wal-Mart) are already setting up Christmas, this means I have to start Halloween even earlier next year!

Twenty years ago, I was an adorable pink leopard for Halloween. See?

So I wanted to replicate my adorableness as closely as possible being a pink leopard (without being a slutty cat, because really, no one finds that sexy). Given my limited options available for pink leopard options at Party City and the like, I decided to take matters into my own crafty hands.

After finding very limited supplies of pink leopard anything at local craft stores, I decided, being a red head, that a calico cat costume would serve the spirit well enough without all the added tack. Fifteen dollars and a trip to Home Depot, Joanns, and Wal-Mart lead me to my super fantastic calico cat ears, tail, and collar!

I must say, I'm ridiculously excited about this whole get-up. The tail is even better, if I do say so myself (which I do, it's my blog!).

There will be pictures, oh yes. There will be pictures.
(and maybe cute little fake fangs if I can find some not-so-vampy ones).

HAPPY HALLOWEEN A WHOLE MONTH EARLY!
